I will answer in next week's post too but there are a few standards...<br />The zucchini pizza (I think it's on my sidebar, and if it isn't, it will be soon) is a favorite and on the menu for tomorrow since it rained here and taco Tuesday came back to its rightful night. We also just mist strips of zucchini in olive oil and salt and grill--yum.<br />We got beets this week and while I usually roast them, we also enjoy Mark Bittman's raw beet salad (it sounded so strange I was not eager to try it but we love it now).<br />We are not very creative with peas because we love them the way they are.<br />For all your tomatoes, though, when corn season comes, the zucchini-corn-tomato pie is a hands-down favorite, despite the work involved, and the scalloped tomatoes link is unbelievably delicious.<br />Good luck and enjoy your garden!Ooniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15162162953846737959noreply@blogger.com
