It's another menu plan...
and thankfully, that's what it is - a plan - not a law... because we'd be guilty of breaking it BIG TIME last week!
Anyway, here's our plan for this week. Baseball practice begins this week, so I'll be the queen of super-fast meals.
Sunday~ Rotisserie chicken that I picked up in the grocery store, twice baked potatoes (from the freezer), caesar salad
Monday~ Pasta fagioli soup (leftovers from a couple of weeks ago that I froze)
Tuesday~ Open-faced roast beef sandwiches (made with last week's roast!)
Wednesday~ Turkey tenderloin, rice, steamed broccoli, crescent rolls
Thursday~ Meatballs in the crockpot over spaghetti
Friday~ BBQ chicken sandwiches (made with leftover rotisserie chicken) or out to eat after ball practice
Saturday~ Dad's choice on the grill!

I love grocery store rotisserie chicken. I keep trying to get my oven-roasted chicken to taste the same, but haven't accomplished it yet... Maybe one day.
Great menu! I am so impressed that you make ahead and freeze. I wish I was better about that. But then, I'd need a bigger freezer! We do 'r' chicken too a lot. Quick and easy, and (at least at our store) not a whole lot more expensive than buying it and cooking it myself. Also, I agree with Annie, theirs always taste SO good!
Cheers, have a great week, Kiy
