Here's our plan for this month's meals:
- Tacos
- Spaghetti, french bread with Italian spices for dipping
- Chili
- Potato Bacon torte, tossed salad
- Roast (in the crockpot), mashed potatoes, green beans
- Open-faced roast beef sandwiches (using leftover roast)
- French onion soup, grilled cheese
- Broccoli, Mushroom & Cheese Breakfast Strata (we love to have breakfast for dinner)
- Pasta toss (similar to this one)
- Loaded baked potatoes (cooked in the crock pot!), salad
- Orange chicken, rice, broccoli, mandarin oranges
- Tomato soup, grilled cheese
- Quesadillas
- Sticky chicken, pasta salad, green beans, cornbread
- Beef tips & gravy, egg noodles, broccoli, biscuits
- BBQ pork sandwiches (pork tenderloin cooked in the crockpot), baked beans, slaw
- Stouffer's lasagna, salad
- BLTs & baked chips
- Bourbon chicken, rice, peas, biscuits
- Beef tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, broccoli
The other days will be filled in with leftovers or breakfast for dinner, which we dearly love.
I love to bake, especially when it's cold outside, so I'm sure some homemade goodies will appear as well. I made Banana Nut Bread today (we had some EXTREMELY ripe bananas!).

I'm so impressed that you plan for the month! I don't think I've ever gotten past two weeks with my menu plan. These days I do well to get one week down, but that's okay since there are only two of us now. Just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and to invite you over for Crock Pot Wednesday. I'd love to see you there.
How funny! It's snowing here now...don't expect much from it. I will be on the treadmill in the morning rather than the street. I teach English. What about you?
Thanks for visiting my blog! I used to live in FL and highs in 40s is insanely cold for down there!
I was great at doing menus by the month for a while but have gotten away from it, but your post has inspired me to get back in gear with longer term planning for meals.
thanks!
Thanks for linking up, your menu looks really good. I might give the bourbon chicken a try. That is my favorite at Golden Corall.
