This Tuesday, I have one thing to tackle, and it is a very sad thing.
I have to sing at a funeral.
That is bad enough, but it is a funeral for a baby.
For those who do, please pray for me... and for the family who is suffering this loss.
There is no way to make it nice - they just need an enormous dose of God's grace to endure it and make it to the next day.
That is enough to tackle for one day.

I missed this in time to pray for you today, but I'm sure you were covered with God's love and in prayer. I will continue to pray for the family who has suffered this tragic loss. My heart breaks for them.

I know that they were very much felt. I actually came home and took a nap after the funeral today - it is so sad to see a tiny casket. It is over for me, but not for the family. When you think of them, please say a quick prayer for God's continued grace and healing in their hearts.
